Capture in an instant

Speak it. Type it. Never fill a form again.

"Tomorrow 3pm client @Shibuya zoom." Type it or say it; Caltimate parses the date, place, guests, meeting link, repeats and alerts.

Quick entry

⌃⌥Space, from any app

In a browser or deep in a doc, one hotkey brings the entry panel to the front. No app switching; capture the thought the moment it appears.

  • Write "every Tue 10am standup" and date, time and repeat fill themselves in
  • Voice input: what you say becomes the event
  • Three ways in: menu bar, command palette, global hotkey
Lives in your menu bar

Your whole day, one glance up

The daily digest sits at the top of the panel: event count, first meeting, tasks and weather at a glance. Click a date on the mini month to jump straight to it.

  • Daily digest plus a morning notification at your chosen time
  • Mini month with dots on busy days
  • Next event and time remaining, always on the label

Logistics, handled ahead

Meetings and travel, made smart.

Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and Webex are detected for one-click joining. Events with a location get measured travel blocks and a "time to leave" alert.

Travel & alerts

It even tells you when to leave

Door-to-door time by car, foot or transit is worked out from the address. The trip from home or your previous event is blocked automatically, and you get pinged when it is time to go.

  • Measured travel time creates the travel block for you
  • "Time to leave: about 35 min to Shibuya" notifications
  • Locations on a mini map, one click to open in Maps
